Apex Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned private practice in the city of Murrieta, CA. We provide outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services to a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
We are looking for a full-time Front Office Coordinator/ Manager. This person must be professional, outgoing, and able to work closely with the professional staff. This is an excellent position for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment. The Front Office is an integral part of our practice and is responsible for administrative duties, as well as establishing and maintaining patient relationships and customer care. This position will also assist the physical therapy staff with patient care and be responsible for overseeing a clean and organized clinic.
This position ensures that patients are handled promptly and in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. This position requires that the employee be proficient in multi-line phones, scheduling patients, screening calls, verifying insurance, explaining benefits to patients prior to their visit and forwarding billing to the billing company. Applicants dont have knowledge and experience, but it's beneficial. You will also be doing medical insurance benefit coverage and authorizations for physical therapy and communicate well with referring doctors' offices. Other clerical duties include photocopying, faxing, and filing of patient charts. Applicants must be proficient with the computer using Windows software.
