Apartment List is Hiring a Remote Client Operations Specialist

Apartment List recently acquired DIffe.rent, an integrated leasing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution for multi-family property managers and their onsite teams. 

The Diffe.rent Client Operations team is looking to add a client success professional with a dynamic customer first mentality to partner with teams in both the US and Israel and help drive the post-sale interactions, strategy & analytics, and data integrity for our supply-side client base. Responsibilities:

  • Drive the onboarding process for clients & communities, ensuring they are set up for success from the very beginning. You will work hand-in-hand with the integrations team to make sure we have everything we need to integrate with our clients’ systems and review client set ups prior to going live.
  • Solve technical issues for clients who are having issues with their integrations during the onboarding process or experiencing issues related to the quality of their AI Solution.
  • Work closely with sales - who you view as part of your team - on a day to day basis to maintain happy client relationships. You support sales in all that you do, and they in turn support the client operations team.
  • Ensure all client data - from address to billing information - is correctly logged in Salesforce. Clean data means you have an accurate database for future reference if any client issues should arise.
  • Provide the best level of service to our clients and communities each and every day by responding to questions and requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience working with clients in a B2B marketplace.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing for clear, concise communication with internal and external groups.
  • You have a customer oriented mindset and deliver excellent customer service.
  • You are highly organized and can manage multiple competing priorities, while maintaining customer satisfaction and your to do list/inbox daily.
  • You can learn systems well and don’t shy away from the technological aspects of any job.
  • You’re not afraid to get scrappy in a fast-growing startup environment and use your creative problem solving skills to deliver results.
