Title: Resident Care Coordinator
FLSA: NON-EXEMPT
Shift: Full Time
Job Summary:
- Participates with hiring, training, and scheduling of clinical team members
- Coordinates all services relating to resident care needs
- Monitors resident care needs
- Alert the Director of Health and Wellness and Director of Memory Care when the resident has a change of condition
- Audits the medication administration program to ensure accuracy
- Addresses resident and family concerns during work hours
- Responds to resident special requests
- Acts as a liaison with community providers
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in assisted living and memory care
- Prior medication manager experience in assisted living and memory care
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- positive and cheerful disposition
- proven leadership
- Proven organizational skills
- Comfortable making decisions and directing others
- Able to preform frequent lifting of less than, or equal to, 50 pounds
- Able to occasionally lift more than 50 pounds
