Responsibilities may include:
1. Ensuring there is a signed Service Agreement before services are delivered.
2. Ensuring the Agency has an adequate number of qualified staff to provide the required services.
3. Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all information provided to the public regarding the Agency and its services
4. Ensuring that the Agency only accepts and retains clients for whom it has the skills and competency required to meet their care needs
5. Ensuring that confidentiality of information, concerning clients and staff, is maintained
6. Maintaining appropriate client records and all Agency policies and procedures, including procedures for the safe keeping, storage and disposal of such documents.
7. Regularly monitoring the quality of services delivered to clients; and ensure that client supervisory visits are conducted.
8. Responsible for communicating coverage needs to each team member.
9. Maintains confidentiality of all information processed.
10. Develop or assist tin the development of personal sales strategies as part of the marketing plan to increase census volumes and generate additional referrals.
11. Market services to Physicians, case managers, discharge planners, Community care providers, and all other identified potential referral sources.
12. Conduct presentations of services to Community Care Providers and all other identified potential referral sources.
13. Resolve client complaints in a timely manner as needed
14. Responsible for all sales and marketing functions
15. Conduct phone calls for the purpose of gathering information, surveying interest, developing referral sources and selling services.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a mature individual and demonstrated leader.
2. 2.Must show ability to read, write, speak and understand English in a legible and understandable manner.
3. Must possess sales experience in healthcare field.
4. Experience and/or knowledge of health care related field.
5. Must be highly organized and efficient.
6. Must be a mature individual able to provide results without close supervision.
7. Must possess patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in a team environment.
8. Must possess flexibility.
9. Must possess the ability to prioritize work.
10. Must be able to manage multiple people.
11. Must possess basic computer skills.
12. Must be able to provide independent transportation.
