Ansir Communications, LLC is Hiring a Call Center Customer Service Representative Near North Haven, CT

* This is NOT a remote position

*please refer to bottom of post for shifts we are looking to hire for*

We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service. The following tasks are including but not limited:

· To answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional and polite manner

· To make clear and accurate communication to the party on the other end of the line

· To redirect and divert call to the appropriate parties or officers

· To relay information as quickly and as accurately as possible.

· To call up or dispatch the appropriate personnel in cases of emergency

· Giving polite assistance to its caller and give best services

· Dispatching burglar and fire alarms to customers and municipalities promptly

· Scheduling appointment for a wide variety on service industries

The ideal candidate would be one that is/has:

· High School Diploma or College Degree

· Past Customer Service and/or Answering Service Experience REQUIRED

We are a 24 hour answering service that takes pride in providing excellent service to the wide array of industries and are the voice for the companies we answer for.

Pay depends on experience and willing to train the right candidates.

**WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS:

  • Sunday 3pm-10pm
  • Monday 7am-12pm
  • Monday 2pm-10pm
  • Monday 3pm-7pm
  • Wednesday 7am-3pm
  • Wednesday 11am-7pm
  • Wednesday 2pm-10pm
  • Wednesday 3pm-7pm
  • Thursday 7am-12pm
  • Thursday 12pm-5pm
  • Thursday 2pm-10pm

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
