We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our team as a full time Teller at our Champlin location and provide support to our members as they live our vision to enrich people’s lives by helping them discover and achieve their dreams.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing superior member service to our members at all times
- Performing routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
- Troubleshooting and responding to members request, problems and complaints and/or directing them to the proper person for specific assistance.
- Effectively promoting credit union products and services.
- Balancing cash drawer and checks
- Processing auto payments and stop payments and routing to the proper departments.
- Escorting members in and out of safe-deposit area.
- Maintaining certificates, and mailing out renewals.
Requirements
- Preferably 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
- Computer navigation familiarity
- Strong attention to details
- Good verbal communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- To be a self-starter working with minimal supervision
