Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Analyst will develop, execute and maintain paid search and paid social marketing campaigns, as well as implement affiliate channel marketing initiatives. This position will provide information and insights regarding customers, markets, competitors, and campaign effectiveness, to support business decisions.

Essential Elements of the Job:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, execute and maintain paid search and paid social marketing campaigns.
• Provide ROI analysis for digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop digital assets for marketing campaigns, as necessary.
• Analyze marketing campaign metrics to identify likely cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability and the overall growth of the customer file.
• Oversee Annies affiliate channel initiatives. Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for affiliates.

Accountabilities

• Timeliness and accuracy of product and offer details, including limited-time promotional offers.
• Adherence to schedules and timetables for digital marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives.
• Track, analyze and interpret key performance metrics to maximize campaign success.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Analytics and/or a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in marketing is required. Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics is preferred. Candidate must be a proven positive self-starter who is willing to go above and beyond to make a difference in an organization.
