We are currently hiring for an Esthetician. This position will be working alongside some of the top Clinicians in the area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform client consultations both in person and on the phone for procedures and products.
• Perform client service functions as necessary including problem resolution and act as a resource for internal and external clients. Including microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and chemical peels as approved by supervising physician.
• Maintain strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data. Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Perform clinic procedures according to policy and procedure. Assist physicians with procedures. Document patient information into the medical record.
• Assist in the development and training of medical estheticians and support staff to ensure proper support for the service providers.
• Address client concerns. Follow-up on client problems, complaints and inquiries, with research to assure satisfactory completion.
• Clean exam/procedure rooms, instruments and equipment between patient visits to maintain infection control.
• Order, sort and re-stock inventory of supplies; exam/procedure rooms.
• Send/receive patient medical records in accordance with Health Insurance. Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other state and federal regulations.
• Attend external events to promote and develop the cosmetic business within the clinic.

Qualifications

• CurrentMedical Esthetician License and Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Medical Esthetician in a cosmetic/spa environment.

Licensure/Certifications/Education

• Medical Esthetician license.
• Laser Certification.
