Animal Hospital Of Waynesboro is Hiring a CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) Near Waynesboro, VA

The Animal Hospital of Waynesboro is looking for another outstanding, people-oriented candidate to join our fabulous CSR team! Top applicants MUST have a positive, can-do attitude, exceptional communication & critical thinking skills, a passion for serving the needs of pet owners/clients, the stamina needed for a high volume service environment, and the ability to work any shift (morning or evening). These requirements are absolutely necessary given the complexity of responsibilities.

Our CSRs provide the first and last impressions of our hospital and are instrumental in managing client relations. This incredibly important, and often complicated, role requires team members to juggle phone calls, emails, texts, and face-to-face communications while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing. CSRs are trained to understand the basics of veterinary medicine so they can appropriately schedule doctor visits, take medication refill requests, and educate our clients.

We are looking for a full-time employee. Candidates must be able to work morning and evening shifts (evenings as late as 8:30 pm) on a regular basis. Do note that all CSRs are also required to work some Saturdays (every 3-5 weeks).

Candidates must have prior customer service experience, preferably in a professional office. They must also have demonstrated computer skills including database usage, Microsoft products capabilities (Word, Excel), and internet navigation.

Starting pay is $14/hr if no prior veterinary industry experience.
