Andros Technologies Inc. is Hiring a Remote Junior Business Development Representative

Job Mission:

The Junior Business Development Representative will seek out new business opportunities by reaching out to and developing business relationships with prospective customers in order to book sales meetings for our account executives that result in new customers. An ideal Junior BDR would have prior background in a retail sales or telemarketing environment targeting a large volume of customers/prospects.

The outcomes we’re looking for:

  1. Conduct outbound prospecting and with our sales, marketing & event leads that drives pipeline growth:
    • Contact prospective clients through calls, social media, and emails.
    • Schedule sales meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  2. Within 30 days you’re conversant in credentialing/network development and able to help clients understand their own needs and how our solutions solve their big challenges.
    • What credentialing is, why it’s important and how it impacts different client segments differently
    • What network development is, why it’s important and how it impacts different client segments differently
  3. Meeting quota metrics within 90 days
    • Identify, qualify inbound leads.
    • Schedule initial meetings with account executives that yield opportunities.
  4. Every client you sell understands that we’re not just another service/software vendor. andros is a partner to our clients to help them run and grow their businesses more effectively resulting in contract renewals and year over year growth in client revenue.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Experience selling services is a plus

In compliance with the nation-wide updates on the Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, salary range is displayed: Estimated salary range: $50,000-$60,000 plus uncapped commission. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the andros salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of andros’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position. In addition, andros offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, wellness program, 401(k) with up to 4% match, life insurance, 12 company holidays, unlimited Paid Time Off and more!
