HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY: The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating daily Human Resources tasks, such as typical office duties include collecting and organizing employee data, preparing reports, and providing clerical assistance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department, or group in an organization. Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software. Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule. Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records. Ensure that their company receives all necessary payments from customers, following up to ensure authorization sheets and purchasing orders are received from customers. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Complete projects as assigned, including, but not limited to updating organizational charts, departmental contact lists, and creating/reviewing presentation materials. Coordinate meetings and special events with internal and external stakeholders, preparing documents and agenda items, keeping notes, and helping with day-of preparation and take-down as needed. Willingness to pitch-in and take on new projects as requested. Conduct database maintenance for team shared systems, troubleshooting with vendors and users as needed. All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma required.Bachelor’s or associates degree, business administration, or a similar field preferred, but not required. Experience: 5 years’ area experience. TRAVEL: Travel Required: No Ability to come to local office as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind. Good analytical skills. Strong team player with solid communication skills. High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, attention to detail and manage competing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Organized and detail-oriented.
