The Role

The CRM Manager will work with our Core CRM team to manage, develop and enhance our global CRM.

Must have the following level of expertise:

• Partner with Business Leadership & Stakeholders to drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation
• Manage consulting and vendor relationships
• Coordinate integrations into the Salesforce platform
• Develop, maintain, and drive forward a prioritized development roadmap

The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or coursework in computer science, business management, marketing, communications or a related field
• 6 years' experience in Salesforce CRM Management position overseeing Salesforce Administrators & Developers and implementations
• 5 years' experience with vendor management
• Excellent communication skills & ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder conversations
• Strong experience integrating external systems and applications into Salesforce
• Strong experience in data management
• Not required but extremely helpful: Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, SAP
