Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
• Providing reports through office applications (Excel, Power BI, and SQL) to improve business processes
• Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and achieving the Project Goals
• Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
• Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
• Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
• Design, prepare and analyze financial models, providing meaningful input regarding trends and issues to be addressed. Develop insightful presentations that summarize data and facilitate decision-making and variance explanation
• Provide insights & analytics for the Budget and quarterly Forecasts.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses as needed for finance team, parent company and possibly other departments within the Company
• Contribute to the ongoing effort to maintain data integrity across the organization

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Accounting / Finance knowledge
• Advanced Excel
• Proficiency in Power BI or SQL
• Financial services (especially mortgage) experience a definite plus
