Anaheim Regional Medical Center is Hiring a Food Service Director Near Anaheim, CA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and management of entire department.
  • Ensures job duties of each employee is completed.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operation of assigned areas in the department.
  • Participate in monthly audits and surveys.
  • Participate in weekly rounds and meetings.
  • Complete month end numbers.
  • Completes employee schedules.
  • Participates in Human Resource aspects of the department as assigned.
  • Responsible for directing and coordinating the provision of nutritional care to patients.
  • Organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates objectives for nutritional care of patients.
  • Develops programs based on organizational and individual needs in order to promote and contribute to the optimum delivery of nutritional care.
  • Assist Regional Director as needed for special projects.
  • Fill in as needed when employees are absent, or on vacation.

Patient population includes infants, adolescents, adults and seniors.

Required Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in institutional food preparation.
  • Hospital Food Service experience preferred.
  • Experience in Supervision preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
