Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. UX Designer to join our growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your design skills and apply them to the world of data science and machine learning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with the UX team contributing to the definition of the Anaconda experience. 
  • Be the user's voice, designing and validating concepts, and iterating on user feedback.
  • Work with UX Researchers to gather user data and translate outcomes to solutions.
  • Collaborate with the UX team to align the design direction and apply it to the product. 
  • Create user flows and wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes, and work closely with engineers to implement your designs.
  • Translate requirements into designs that leverage the Anaconda design system.
  • Build and develop elements of our information architecture and product taxonomy.
  • Contribute patterns to the Anaconda design system. 
  • Facilitate communication amongst stakeholders to maintain alignment and awareness.

What You Need:

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in User Experience Design.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to understand complex systems and distill them into clean and elegant solutions.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered interaction design and information architecture.
  • Experience utilizing data to guide design decisions that influence company metrics.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or XD.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, iterative development environment using agile methodologies.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills.
  • Previous experience building SaaS and/or PaaS products.
