Amyx is seeking to hire a Help Desk Manager to support our DoD Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Information Technology Support Services (ITSS2) at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.
• Provides daily supervision and direction to staff who are responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications and applications developed or deployed under this contract.• Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Defense Ready, Defense Case Activity Tracking System (D-CATSe), Case Reporting and Information Management System (CRIMS), Microsoft 365, TeamMate
• BA/BS in technical/related field• At least 5 years of experience• Secret Clearance• Certified as IAT Level I per DoD 8570.01-M guidance for baseline certifications.• Ability to obtain a task order related computing environment system certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M guidance for computing environment certifications as approved by agency IAWIP coordinator
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM• Experience using NIPRNet and SIPRNet Systems, DoD Top Secret/SCI (JWICS) network
