Amyx is seeking to hire a Manager for Application Support to support our DOJ Civilian Help Desk contract in the Washington, DC area.
Manage and monitor problem ticket trends. Analyze incidents and determine level of support required. Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
Minimum 6 years of management experience. Preferred leading Help Desk or Service Desk environment.
A help desk management certification for example Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) to obtain technical and non-technical skillsets required to effectively and efficiently manage help desk operations. Relativity One Review Pro Certification to gain familiarity with Relativity functionality.
