POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of Amylyx’s HR Team, the Head, HR Business Partner will execute talent management strategies and programs to support a growing, dynamic learning culture, strategies for employee growth and development aligned with our non-hierarchical organization structure.
As a strategic consultative partner with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach, you will focus on partnering with areas of the business to drive the business strategy, utilizing talent insights to drive business outcomes as we address global, regional, and local needs in an enterprise-wide, scalable manner. Working collaboratively across the organization, you will partner with HR colleagues and the business to define talent gaps, propose, and deliver solutions that drive the continued improvement of managerial practices in such areas as employee communications, employee development and performance management. You will also participate in company-wide initiatives that drive engagement, and support individual and team performance while strengthening our culture and community. As Amylyx expands globally, you will collaborate with HR colleagues to develop strategies and share best practices.
