Job Title: Treasury Analyst – Foreign Exchange (FX)

Salary Range: $78,108-$101,081 per year plus an annual bonus
Location: Ada, MI (Hybrid-in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Analyst to support our global foreign exchange management program. In this role, you will work with the Treasury Manager and Lead Treasury Analyst to support a dynamic, best-in-class, financial risk management program by identifying, capturing, managing, and monitoring global foreign exchange exposures on an ongoing basis. You will support the development and execution of global, risk-mitigating foreign exchange hedging strategies. You will leverage trends and market intelligence to project foreign currency exchange rates and establish annual Enterprise budget/billing rates that drive organizational reporting. In close partnership with the Lead Treasury Analyst, you will utilize your knowledge of foreign exchange risk management to help ensure the protection and predictability of future foreign currency cashflows at Amway.
In this role, your ability to work collaboratively will be highly valued as you work broadly with many internal and external partners to support the execution of our foreign exchange program. You will work closely with Treasury peers from around the globe to ensure accuracy of forecasted exposures. Beyond day-to-day management of the program, you will also support with maintaining/improving existing FX systems and tools and completing monthly FX accounting and reporting deliverables. In addition to supporting foreign exchange, you will also support various other Treasury activities, including corporate/global cash forecasting, creation of Board of Director deliverables and global cash positioning activities.

This team collaborates extensively with Global Treasury counterparts, banking partners and business partners around the world to ensure liquidity for day-to-day obligations, controllership and protection of liquid assets, and execution of financial risk management strategies. On this team, you will receive broad exposure to a wide variety of Treasury activities required to support a large multinational company operating successfully in over 90 different countries around the world.
