We are looking for an experienced, talented, creative executive communications professional to join our Global Communications & Reputation team to help manage Executive Communications in support of Amway’s CEO and Global Leadership Team.

The Executive Communications focus area within this team is tasked with connecting employees, Amway Business Owners and external influencers to our enterprise direction through timely, relevant and credible communications. They also are tasked to support Amway’s C-Suite executives with communications and messaging that informs and inspires Amway Business Owners and employees to bring Amway’s vision and goals to life.


What’s special about this role:

If you love the thought of helping an executive communicate Amway’s story through their authentic personality and creative vision, this position is for you. You will be helping the CEO and other global executives continue to build a presence that drives credibility and excitement for Amway across major social media platforms. The CEO is very involved in the day-to-day process alongside the communications and productions teams. This will work will include:

  • Working alongside Executive Communications and Productions teams to develop content strategy and content calendars, with a focus on creative storytelling in a regular stream of content, including a strong understanding of photo and video storytelling/editing
  • Writing various communications, correspondence, talking points, and remarks in the voice of the executive
  • Identifying news ways for Amway to grow its presence using the CEO and other executive voices, with a keen focus on creative execution and best in class design
  • Partnering with agencies to drive executive thought leadership strategy externally, with a focus on pioneering new ideas in creative and production.
  • Analyzing performance of communications efforts, and recommending new tactics based on identified goals
  • Helping our CEO with the communication plans for the events and conventions they attend each year. In the short term, these events will be virtual; typically, they will be a mix of in-person and virtual.


Required qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in creative strategy, creative content development, executive engagement, video/photo storytelling, and event coordination for companies and brands.
  • Experience with coordination, planning, creative development and storytelling for events
  • A high level of comfort with executives and senior leadership and strong professionalism
  • Experience with designing content for social media channels and enhancing the online presence for brands or executives.
  • BA with focus in Communications, Public Relations, Writing, Content Management or similar field of study desired

  • Project management skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of emerging global social
  • Strong prioritization skills with an ability to manage a variety of projects, from small creative tasks to larger deliverables and content trends
  • Working knowledge of photography, photographic production processes
  • Self-motivated and able to stay organized with changing workloads and assignments
