We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inventory Control Supervisor based at our Dayton, NJ location, reporting to the General Manager. The salary range is $60,000-$63,000.

Job Summary

Inventory Control Supervisor will have experience running an inventory control department in a high SKU base environment. Experience in setting up and executing cycle counting programs.

Responsibilities:

· Managing physical inventories

· Supervising the daily activities of the inventory control staff

· Ensuring adequate levels of material and/or product inventories are maintained

· Evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs.

· Contributing to the development of processes and procedures

· Establish best practice inventory measures including tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis

· Create efficient and accurate inventory management procedures

· Plan and implement a program to ensure all cycle count contractual obligations are being met.

· Develop a program to audit replenishment, put away, returns to ensure product is in its proper location

· Ensures Department maintains accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection

· Develop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Knowledge:

· Data Analysis

· Time management techniques

· Inventory control procedures

Skilled In:

• Microsoft Excel
• Working in a fast-paced, moving ecommerce department
• Written and verbal communication

Ability To:

• Set up and execute cycle counting programs
• Supervise, control and manage, instruct and lead others to complete the assigned tasks
• Work within a team environment

Selective Preference:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the related area as an inventory supervisor/manager in a 3PL warehouse.
