Because we're a GROWING digital marketing agency in the IT Services industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Specialist. This role requires managing multiple client accounts and implementing tailored social media strategies that drive engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and have a proven track record of engaging audiences and promoting brand awareness across various social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy to increase our clients visibility, engagement, and traffic across all platforms including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. 
• Create, curate, and manage clients published content on a monthly basis. 
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used and implement the necessary changes. 
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. 
• Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns. 
• Collaborate with our internal marketing department to provide input on what we are seeing as effective content in our digital program. 
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related experience. 
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist. 
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills. 
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. 
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels. 
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. 

Skills:

• Strong creative writing and communication skills. 
• Proficiency in content management systems and social media marketing tools. 
• Ability to analyze and present content and social performance. 
• Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva. 
• Experience with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
