POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide overall administrative, reporting and planning structure to Sales team. Responsible for managing the consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, variance and trend analysis process for the organization with detailed emphasis by group.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compilation and distribution of reports to Amphenol RF’s management team.
  • Update Director of Sales RF, Director of Automotive & Management team with financial roadmap and reporting information to assist them in making informed business decisions.
  • Analysis of order/revenue trends and gather information to be presented to Sales Directors.
  • Co-ordinates and ensures timely completion and review of sales data for strategic plan and budget for RFC.
  • Support the RFC commission and incentive payout process including manual compensation adjustments, calculations and approval process.
  • Assist in Annual Distribution Show preparation and run monthly distribution reporting.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as coordinating travel and company activities.
  • Support business review meeting planning/implementation.
  • Track monthly orders update forecasts to actuals.
  • Aid program management team with EAR revenue tracking.
  • Administer and maintain Tableau reporting tool.
  • Others responsibilities assigned as needed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline required along with five (5) to seven (7) years related experience. Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Excel & Word. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify, understand and document anomalies and variances in results. Other requirements as necessary.
