HOW YOU’LL BE CONTRIBUTING: Architect and design complex solutions leveraging modern technologies Help innovate on technology improvements and optimizations Mentor engineers on software principles and setting best practices Work through technical problems and build solutions with a team Communicate with both Engineering and Upper Management teams Identify key improvement opportunities, and define architectural plan/strategies Apply Functional programming, design patterns and Architectural styles Conduct training sessions and ensure engineers and teams have the necessary skills to complete projects WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE: 2 years of relevant Architectural experience Experience mentoring engineers on software principles and setting standards Experience designing enterprise level systems and convey plans to Engineering and Upper Management Technical hands-on working knowledge on C# (.NET Core and .NET Framework), Angular 10 and SQL AWS experience is a plus Ability to Identify technical optimization opportunities Ability to build innovative solutions leveraging software engineering trends Experience with legacy modernization Ampersand requires its staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, where legally permissible, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.
