Job Description


We provide Auto, Home, Business and Life Insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. Do you have the ability to constantly challenge yourself and strive for new levels of success? Come join our team as a sales representative! As a sales representative, you have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and products, allowing you to develop a wide range of skills that can be applied across different industries. The fast-paced nature of the job means that no two days are ever the same, keeping the job interesting and engaging. Responsibilities


  • Sales Targets: you will be given sales targets to meet or exceed, and must work to achieve these goals by selling policies to clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships: you must establish and maintain positive relationship with clients in order to generate new business and retain existing clients.
  • Identifying client needs: you must identify the insurance needs of the clients, and recommend policies that best meet their needs and budget.
  • Providing information: you must provide clients with accurate and detailed information about policies they are interested in , as well as any other information about the insurance industry.
  • Closing sales: you must be skilled at closing sales, which involves guiding clients through the purchasing process and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
  • Following up: You must follow up with clients after the sale to ensure they are satisfied with their policies, and to address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements


  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential in sales, as you need to be able to articulate the benefits of a product or service clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
  • Listening: In addition to speaking, you also need to be a good listener in sales. By listening to your customers' needs, concerns, and objections, you can tailor your approach to meet their specific needs.
  • Time management: Sales requires effective time management skills, as you need to prioritize your tasks and focus your efforts on the most important sales opportunities.
  • Persistence: Sales is often a numbers game, and you need to be able to persevere through rejection and setbacks in order to ultimately succeed.
  • Networking: The ability to build relationships and network with potential clients is also a key skill in sales.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license or be able to obtain one with our assistance.
