About the position:
The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing company sales data, overseeing day-to-day sales technologies, and optimizing performance. This includes converting raw data into meaningful and digestible reports, and data management and analytics for domestic and international sales verticals. Reports to Head of Clinical Partnerships and will provide support to other departments, as directed.
While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, or Alabama only.
Essential Functions:
Provide support primarily to the Clinical Partnerships team and, as directed, the Sales team, and other key stakeholders with detailed visibility into all aspects of business performance
Prepare and deliver analytics to help make data informed decisions across markets
Create and maintain accurate and easy to understand dashboards and interactive visual reports using Hubspot, Tableau and other tools to analyze sales and marketing data and help interpret results to help drive strategic business decisions
Responsible for generating standard and custom reports for stakeholders and synthesizing data
Perform all administrative and superuser functions for the CRM system (Hubspot) and other digital tools (ex: adding and removing users, monitoring data feeds, updating data values, adjusting workflows, creating new reports, dashboards, update & maintain HubSpot data, etc.)
Develop protocol and best practices for data cohesiveness, cleanliness, and quality, as well as appropriate use (ex: standardizing data uploads, list naming conventions, etc.)
Research, identify, and implement testing of new CRM releases/features and communicate and train existing users on new features
Utilize data to identify areas of improvement within the sales process and develop solutions (ex: system enhancements and automation)
Serve as liaison between Clinical Partnerships and the Technology team on implementation of new technologies to support the team and other stakeholders, as needed
Collaborate with the Clinical Partnerships team to review and develop systems to prioritize customer and lead lists and associated workflows
Communicate appropriate organizational information during department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and other reporting venues
Collaborate with Clinical Partnerships and, as directed, Partnerships, Programs, Marketing and Sales leadership to make data driven decisions in developing growth objectives and suggesting improvements for the team
Actively seek feedback with an open mind to gain a deeper understanding through data
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience in Sales Operations and/or Sales Analysis
Minimum of 2-3 years working with data visualization tools, or in a Data Analyst or Sales Operations role
Knowledge of the structure of healthcare systems and medical/nursing education a plus
