As the Marketing Project Manager, you will do more than just manage schedules. You will be responsible for developing our marketing project processes from beginning to end, ensuring they are efficiently executed with positive results. You will be responsible for planning marketing and ecommerce campaigns, web development projects, delegating tasks to project team members, supervising execution of marketing projects, and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
That said, you won’t be starting from scratch. Our executive team has worked hard to put into place an operational and management structure which has helped us become a three-time Inc. 5000 honoree (2016, 2021 and 2022)! We manage the business using a structure called EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) which you can read more about here.
