AMLI Residential seeks an energetic, detail-oriented professional to support a high-level executive in various support and administrative functions. This role is actively involved in an array of companywide special projects and will work closely with AMLI's leadership team. Additionally, the position will coordinate with the company's other support staff. Key responsibilities include:
Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess 3-5 years of high-level administrative experience, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, and interpersonal and customer service skills. College degree preferred, HS degree required.
Must demonstrate excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills to be considered. Professional demeanor, enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, work well independently, handle multiple projects and prioritize workflow are essential. Excellent organizational skills are required. Property Management/Real Estate experience is a plus.
