Amick Brown, LLC is Hiring an IT Support Specialist Near Rancho Cordova, CA
- Install, configure and deploy Windows 10 desktop and laptop PCs.
- Installing software, imaging PCs, utilization of Active Directory tools, Microsoft SCCM, etc.
- Install and troubleshoot software and PC peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Assist with the hardware refresh of desktop and laptop PCs at multiple locations.
- Analyze and resolve hardware, software and application problems for networked and stand-alone computer systems and networked resources.
- Hours are Monday thru Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM process to image PCs.
- Experience installing software, imaging PCs, utilization of Active Directory tools, Microsoft SCCM, etc.
- Experience with Active Directory and ability to update account settings and add users to groups.
- Second level Helpdesk experience
- Experience installing, configuring and deploying Windows 10 desktop and laptop PCs.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting software and PC peripherals such as printers, scanners, webcams etc.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2016 and newer versions.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills, planning & record keeping
- Ability to use MS Excel and asset management systems.
- A valid California Driver's License.
