POSITION SUMMARY: Under general direction of the Director, Marketing, this position manages select activities associated with the company’s health system and government services segment, specifically inclusive of brand, communications, and face-to-face strategies. This is done by overseeing the portfolio of strategic initiatives critical to the business. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Working in close partnership with the business, develop customer-facing presentations and materials that combines account-based knowledge with segment and enterprise messaging. Partner with the business to develop key new business and renewal pipeline deliverables. Organizes project plans to ensure milestones are met and issues are addressed. Develops content for the corporate website, the company’s industry thought leadership blog/site, and other promotional materials Manages the ongoing relationships between the marketing and creative teams and key business partners in executing deliverables on behalf of business objectives. Assists with the coordination of strategic business meetings including the development of marketing and merchandising opportunities as well as the creation of custom materials and messaging content. May manage and direct the activities of full or part-time associates. Must be willing to travel to company events such as trade shows and marketing meetings, as assigned. Performs related duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, journalism, English, marketing or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of 5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience. Generally expect a manager to have 5 years of experience.
