Ameriprise Financial - Minnesota is Hiring a Client Service Coordinator Near Edina, MN

Ameriprise – Edina, MN – an Ameriprise Financial advisory practice is seeking a fulltime (flexible hybrid work schedule) Client Service Coordinator to join our innovative and dynamic team. At Ameriprise Financial we help people feel confident about their financial future by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment consulting to families, individuals, and small organizations to help achieve financial goals and simplify their financial lives. 

Job Purpose:

Serve as a client service coordinator, providing exceptionally friendly, helpful, high-quality service to our clients and help the practice in managing and organizing office work flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and triaging phone calls
  • Greeting clients
  • Scheduling
  • Assist with meeting prep
  • Update client information as necessary
  • Track new business
  • Create social media posts
  • Scanning, Faxing, printing, copying
  • Uploading of Online File Manager
  • Other clerical support as required

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • 2 years of similar work experience in a professional office environment, ideally in the financial services industry
  • Pleasant, professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Highly organized, accurate, and attention to detail
  • Proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills
  • Highly proficient with in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Strong personal and business ethics and integrity
  • Desire to grow and learn within the practice

Salary and Benefits:

  • $20-$25.00 per hour commensurate with experience
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule
  • Competitive benefits including paid time off and medical, dental, vision and disability insurance as well as 401K match
