Ameriprise Financial is Hiring a Client Service Specialist Near Dallas, TX
- Provide general support duties such as preparing routine client correspondence, support for implementation meetings, setting up of client files, copying and creating new business correspondence and alerts.
- Assist in the preparation of client meetings, including scheduling appointments, drafting agendas, preparing forms, and conducting client appointment reminder calls.
- Observe client meetings, document meeting notes, and execute on follow-up items.
- Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is successfully submitted.
- Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations and initial product solutions for advisor review and use in client meetings.
- Prepare charts, graphs, tables and other visual aids to be used in implementation meetings with clients.
- Communicate status and outcomes to clients and recommending advisors.
- Maintain client contact, answer questions and provide readily available information to clients as it relates to servicing their accounts.
- Assist in sales and operation functions to streamline processes and strengthen the client
- 3 years of experience in a client service support environment; preferably in the financial services industry
- Licensing preferred - Series 7, Series 66, Insurance
- Good organization, computer and time management skills
- Management of multiple priorities and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Great communication style and ability to adapt to the audience both internally and externally
- Process-oriented and team player
- Excellent language and word choice skills
- Polite and clear phone manner
