Position: Web Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

The American Structurepoint Marketing Communications Group develops the marketing and communications strategies and tactics to promote all of the services within our company. It is our goal to advance the strategic mission and goals of the company. The Marketing Communications Group is responsible for helping to tell the story and raise the visibility of what we do. In other words, we are responsible for making the company look good!

We are seeking an experienced web manager to join our team. This role manages the day-to-day activities associated with American Structurepoint digital marketing. The web manager will assist with the creation, delivery, and maintenance of the digital content to its various channels. The role will also provide consultation to the different disciplines within the company to meet business goals and optimize American Structurepoint’s presence for its audiences including clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content for the website and other digital channels that engages desired audiences and builds brand recognition.
• Strong interest and aptitude in developing and maintaining websites.
• Work with all the internal disciplines in multiple geographical design centers to update web content.
• Manage agency responsible for building and helping to maintain our website.
• Conduct regular and ongoing competitor analysis of the website.
• Manage google analytics and provide reports for company’s digital performance.
• Manage web content management system.
• Manage web graphic design using multimedia programs like Photoshop, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Identify professional development opportunities that promote an efficient and productive environment with a customer service focus among the Marketing Communications Group.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in digital marketing or media, communications, graphic design, journalism, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with production and management on digital marketing channels and platforms.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in maintaining and developing websites.
• An understanding of paid, owned, and earned media strategies.
• Excellent writer for website content.
• Excellent project management skills, including adhering to project production schedules and prioritizing a large number of tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals.
• Strong organization skills, with ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and an idea generator.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Adaptable, with ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and project management/software systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HTML experience.
• Industry knowledge is a plus.
