The Production and Inventory Control Manager position will be overseeing the activities of production and operating employees

Responsibilities

• Collect and assess data from job sites to pinpoint underlying causes in addressing business challenges

• Examine floor-related issues through thorough root cause analysis and propose improvement recommendations.

• Prepare departmental reports and present them to upper management

• Direct and assign work schedules, assignments, tasks, and duties

• Oversee the production planning, scheduling and inventory management

• Complete necessary documentation, such as status changes, time-off requests, and performance evaluations

Qualifications

• 4 years of leadership experience

• Previous background in an manufacturing environment

• Microsoft Office experience

• Strong background in production planning and inventory management

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $11,500.00 per year
