MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be capable of performing general duties associated with industrial building maintenance, e.g. electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Will facilitate repairs, perform preventive maintenance, test and log system data for heating and cooling systems, boilers, air compressors, and other facility systems. Other duties, including assisting technical or machine maintenance personnel may be assigned.
EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, TOOLS, AND WORK AIDS
Miscellaneous portable electric or battery-operated tools, stationary drill press, table saw, band saws, welding equipment, brazing equipment, pipe threading machines.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have documented experience in heating and cooling in an industrial environment. Certified as required by Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Program (40 CFR). Familiar with three phase power. The ability to work with a minimum of supervision. Must be capable of standing for periods of time, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds; good vision-hearing required. Indoor/outdoor work.
COMPENSATION
New Hire Rate: $20.36 After 45 days worked: $21.36
Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday
7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday (with every other Friday off)
