Description

Responsibilities:

· Plans layout and execution of warehouse and considers FIFO/KANBAN/WIP requirements

· Directs employees on all shifts to service production lines as needed

· Understands and adheres to all OSHA related requirements for warehouse work

· Is willing to be a Certified Forklift Trainer and maintain all employee records as such

· Receives stock, distributes items to necessary departments

· Assists in disposal of bad product, all grinding operations for molding & exterior trash

· Cycle counts, schedules inventory and maintains adequate stock at all times

· Disciplines employees, handles grievances, maintains workflow for absences

· Maintains AS400 system data for scheduling, purchasing and quality purposes

· Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

· Organized, detail oriented, Team player

· Resourceful, with ability to apply critical problem-solving skills

· Effective Communication Skills

· Associates Degree or better in related field

· 5 years’ experience in Warehouse Operations

· Computer Skills including ERP programs, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

· Results Driven with the ability to deliver productivity improvements year-over-year
