American Plastics is a privately owned injected molded plastics company that designs and manufactures workhorse items in the United States, utilizing green processes and superior engineering. American Plastics is a growing company, with a recent acquisition tripling the company size and expanding the production footprint to Missouri, Ohio, Arizona, and South Carolina. We are searching for an IT Coordinator who will report to the IT Manager.

This position will be mainly remote but may go into the St. Louis Office occasionally.

Description

• Assist with month-end close

• Monthly creation and management of KnowB4 Phishing exercises. Monthly auditing and reporting of individuals failing the test. Training for those failing and new hires.

• Administration and tracking of DocuSign usage and licensing

• Monthly audits of personnel hiring and separation to keep software licensing under control and control costs

• Project communications and Liaison with end users

• Auditing of Managed Services providers on billing against contract and CapEx

• Auditing of monthly bills such as Telecommunications for Audit purposes

• Assistance in establishing and documenting training for all oncoming products (Example DUO multifactor sign on and Password utilities)

• Security Audits of current and upcoming security systems on our respective locations.

•Associates Degree or prior IT Experience will be considered in lieu of

• 1 plus years’ experience in a coordinator, assistant role

• Highly motivated and results driven

• High attention to detail

• Proficient MS Office Skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Technical Writing Skills
