SUMMARY: The IT Engineer will secure, support, and maintain the company Infrastructure Technology systems. Provide 2nd Level support and maintain the company IT systems and users which include infrastructure, servers, email, phone system, video conference system, smart phones, laptops, desktop PC’s and helpdesk.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Corporate IT Manager

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Server environments, Information Security, Backup processes, telecommunications and end user computing.
Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of manufacturing, shop floor, or production systems environments. Experience/understanding of platform, connectivity (i.e.: network, reporting, etc.) required to support a production environment.
Demonstrated experience in communicating and working with all levels of internal business users
Project Management.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, general users and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
