Director of Rehabilitation - Skilled Nursing Facility
Located in Lamberton, Minnesota
Salary: Up to $120K per year (depending on experience)
Beautiful skilled long term care nursing home located in Lamberton, Minnesota is currently looking for a Director of Rehabilitation.
Qualifications for the Director of Rehabilitation:
- OT or PT preferred
- Must have experience as a Director of Rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations pertaining to facility and rehabilitation functions as well as state and federal reimbursement for therapy and nursing services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities for the Director of Rehabilitation:
- The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall administration, clinical planning, compliance, and operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Maintains staff of sufficient number to effectively provide quality care for patients
- Provides direct care to patients
- Provides opportunity for development and professional growth of staff
- Is responsible for remaining current in Rehabilitation trends and new developments
