Qualifications:
- Must have NJ Administrator license
- Must have at least 2 years of current Administrator/Assistant Administrator experience
- Must have long term care/nursing home experience
- Proven Leadership & Management skills
- Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist in managing the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
