We are seeking a Systems Analyst is to support the business users of the ERP and ancillary software systems needed to effectively complete our order to cash cycle. This includes, but is not limited to production support, managing change requests, requesting new development and recommending process improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Analyze, configure and maintain computer applications or procedures in support of ongoing business needs.
•Analyze problems, determine cause and recommend corrective action. Utilize query and other tools to identify affected transactions
•Effectively communicate business concepts to developers to ensure requirements and functionality needs are being met
•Identify need for system or process changes to support the business needs while ensuring effective use of resources
•Gain and maintain operational business knowledge
•Complete unit testing to validate development and/or corrective software changes - requesting assistance when needed
•Communicates software or process changes to business users
•Documents new processes as necessary
•Other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience -
•Preferred: Associate degree in technology, plus 2 years' experience with computer information systems, software applications or equivalent
