American Hearing Aids Associates is Hiring a Front Office Coordinator Near Lakeland, FL

Overview

Summary/Objective

This position works in the front office supporting the each of the Departments.

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly.
  • Check in patients as they arrive.
  • Assist co-workers as needed.

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday; hours are flexible according to Departmental needs.

    Travel

    No travel is expected for this position.

    Required Education and Experience

  • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience with health insurance benefits, scheduling, answering phones, and customer service.
