American Dental Companies is a growing doctor owned company and we are currently looking for an Insurance Accounts Receivable Coordinator.

The Insurance Accounts Receivable Coordinator tracks insurance payments and appeals to ensure accurate patient ledgers and prompt payments and will be responsible for:

• Tracking status of insurance payments and appeals.
• Coordinating with the office managers for additional information that insurance requests.
• Ensuring goals are reached.: less than 5% of A/R over 90 days.
• Preparing and update your google drive spreadsheet daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position requires that you be a go getter, that you are a data entry guru, and you must enjoy working in a fun environment.

We work Monday through Friday.
