Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere in the front office.
- Efficiently manage patient scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle patient inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about our dental services.
- Process patient registration and insurance forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with financial responsibilities, including billing, insurance claims, and payment collection.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front office role is highly preferred.
