Position Description
American Coatings Association (ACA) and its affiliate PaintCare Inc. seek a qualified attorney to join their in-house Legal Affairs division. The individual in this position will be responsible for addressing the varying legal needs of ACA and its affiliate organizations, most chiefly, PaintCare. PaintCare operates a product stewardship program responsible for the post-consumer collection, recycling, and disposal of post-consumer paint products. Occasional travel (5-10% of time) is required.

Location
This position is located at ACA headquarters in Washington, DC. ACA has a hybrid work environment, where staff spend days both onsite and working remotely each week.
