Supervisor/Lead needed for our Special Projects Team: includes Commercial pressure washing and High End Homes/Estates cleaning
Please note: Main office is located in Snohomish, this position does require a regular commute to the location. We are willing to train the right individual but you must have some pressure washing and Management experience.

Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for a full-time, Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician in the Seattle area. Our technicians are provided with professional grade equipment and comprehensive training. With over 25 years experience, we are able to offer stable, year-round employment, competitive wages and an excellent benefit package.
We have openings for Sunday-Thursday. Must be able to work both day shifts and some night shifts.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• All season indoor and outdoor work
• Position requires an eye for detail
• Be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Be courteous and focused on clients needs
• Able to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis

Qualifications and Skills

• Essential to performance of job, must be fully vaccinated and able to provide proof with CDC card
• Previous pressure-washing experience is a plus
• Knowledge of ladder, man lift and boom work is also a plus
• Mechanically inclination
• Solution based mindset
• Take pride in your work

Education and Experience:

• Experience cleaning high-end construction is a plus, but not required.

• Starting Wages from $ 28-$35 per hour DOE, Overtime available with Management approval.
