Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, research, and close properties with private and public partners.
- Generate leads and reach out to potential clients to determine properties they are interested in, budget, and specifications.
- Assist clients with site visits and model unit viewings, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meet with buyers and present proposals with up-to-date quotations.
- Advise clients regarding their real estate investments to set expectations regarding prices, market conditions, and mortgages.
- Meet and exceed minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics.

Real Estate Agent Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced working environment.
