Amenity Health Services is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews. As a TAC, you should be able to ensure we always meet our staff requirements. you have thorough knowledge of HR practices and have innovative ideas.
Requirements:
- One year (1) experience in recruiting
- Associates/ Bachelor's in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
Additional attributes/prerequisites:
- Experience in home health
- Bilingual - Spanish fluent.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Write and post job descriptions using internal and external sources
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Conduct variety of interviews
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
