Responsible for providing after-hours and/or weekend on-call nursing service.

Responds to telephone requests at home from our after-hours Triage RN for assistance by addressing the request by telephone or by making a visit that includes skilled assessment and interventions which can include in person after hours admissions and end of life visits.

• Weekends - Friday 5pm - Monday 8am On Call - hiring two full time
• Weeknights - M-TH 5pm - 8am - hiring one full time
• Part time available - every other weekend, salaried
• After Hours Home visits and Skilled/Assisted Nursing visits as needed
• Share call with another RN, switching from primary to secondary!
• Salaried Mileage Full Benefits
• Only take calls from our After-Hours RN Coordinators
• FLEXIBILE - weekend normally does not do admissions - have a weekend admissions RN - go about your day or night and be available to take calls!

Required

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse. An employee in this role is only able to provide clinical guidance to patients in states in which the employee possesses a current, unencumbered license.
• One (1 ) year of nursing experience.
• Prefer Hospice experience.
