Amazing Care Home Health Services is currently hiring Occupational Therapist for Per-diem/part-time for Home Health care Visits in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

A certified Occupational Therapist who, in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, develops a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient and provides skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician's orders.

Requirements:

• Graduated from a school of Occupational Therapy accredited with the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association.
• Maintains certification through the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
• Current CPR card.
• Reliable Transportation.
